Dear Parents and Guardians,
We hope you and your families had a relaxing weekend! It was a joy to see our students’ faces back in the hallways last Monday as we returned to school, and we are so appreciative that our students came back to us prepared to do their best work last week.
Today, Monday, April 20, marks a significant milestone: the official start of the 4th Quarter. Looking back on this school year, we are incredibly proud of all that our students have accomplished. From their academic growth and their diligent work during last week’s ELA Assessments to their triumphs in music, arts, and athletics, it has been a year filled with progress and pride. Our staff has been working hard to create a balanced middle school experience that helps every student tap into their unique talents and passions, and your partnership at home has been the foundation of that success.
As we enter this final stretch, we like to think of it in terms of sports: The 4th quarter is the most critical time of the game. It isn’t the time to slow down or ease up; rather, it is the time that requires the most focus, perseverance, and collective support.
While the warmer weather and the excitement of year-end events are on the horizon, we ask for your help in keeping our students energized and engaged. By working together to support classroom goals and staying focused on daily habits, we can ensure that our students finish the year with confidence and strength.
There are so many exciting days still to come—from co-curricular initiatives to community events that celebrate our students' hard work. We are here to support you and your children every step of the way.
Thank you for your continued support, flexibility, and leadership within our school community. Let’s work together to make this final quarter the best one yet!
Have a great week!
Mr. Keegan
